Le Sapin hotel is home to tree different gastronomic establishments: restaurant Le Table, pizzeria La Poya, and brasserie Au 1828. We visited the pizzeria and the brasserie. At La Poya, the food was very nice: it was prepared quickly and tasted very fresh. The pizza menu is extensive (it can be found online at their webiste). There are also starters, salads, and warm dishes.
The brasserie specializes in fondues and raclettes and is a great spot to go for a beer. The interior is interesting; the service is impeccable. The manager is overseeing the work of the waiters and greets all visitors personally. The manager and almost all waiters speak perfect English. Highly recommended!
