Me and my wife stayed at villa le prata for two nights and wished that we could have stayed longer. The villa is very elegant and well located a few minutes away to all the nice brunello states in the region.

Maria Luce and her daughter are wonderful hosts. They were very helpful and attentive to us. In the addition, the breakfasts were amazing and the wine that these ladies makes remains a wonderful memory in my trip.

I travelled with my wife and 20 year old daughter and stayed 2 nights in Le Prata. As well as being an interesting household visually with art everywhere, you get the sense of a home about Le Prata. In the midst of their own Brunello vineyard, the house has an olde worlde grandeur about it . Marialuce and her daughter, Benedetta are extremely kind people and were very accomodating. They greeted us every time we returned from Montalcino (3km away) with the offer of fresh coffee or Brunell wine.

I would recommend this house as a great location to use as your base to explore the interesting and nearby towns of Montepulciano, San Quirico, Pienza and Castellione D'Orcia and especially Bagno Vignone (Roman bath town - spectacular).
