We have spent 7 days in Atrani and 3 out of them we were dinning in this restaurant. Small place, family atmosphere, outstanding service and hospitality of owner and whole staff. Everyday we have got different antipasti and desserts (always free of charge) and Signora Carla was doing everything to please us, even sometimes we had some language limitations. And food served direct from the heart. We were delighted of sea food, great pastas, even caprese has tasted like something absolutely delicious. Pot of home white wine only increased and emphasized taste of dishes. Everything is great and worthy to be promoted and recommended.

I honestly worry a lot of the time about reviews on Tripadvisor, because I've been to a number of so-so places that others have rated as top-notch. This is NOT one of those places. Other than the fact that it was quite expensive (€83.50 for two people, sharing a €22 bottle of wine and having only a starter, main course and coffee each), everything was perfect. No need to write again what others have written.

Lovely family restaurant serving the freshest food. Beautifully tasty. Excellent menu. We'll be back again tomorrow night. Best nosh up we've had on the Amalfi coast.

First, Atrani is a wonderful little town on the Amalfi Coast, and walking into its main square is like walking into someone's living room -- couples strolling, families playing, children riding tricycles. The town has this wonderful feel, and Ristorante Savo is the perfect place to take it all in. Located right on the square, you are part of this special community, and being served great food and wine in a family operated restaurant that is both innovative and caring. Great restaurant -- and that's why we dined at Savo three times during our week there!

I can feel that the food was cook from the heart. great service
The dishes were beautifully presented - seems like the chef decorated the white plate with squid ink
I really like their lemon cake - warm fluffy with very strong lemon fragrant!

The descriptions on the menu sound very interesting but I have to say I was disappointed
Feels like the chef really wanted to be creative. But when you mentioned a flavour/ingredient in the description - you would expect to be able to taste it somehow
not saying it has to be overpoweringly strong - even a hint of it
Not sure if it's because we ordered to wrong stuff on the menu..
people seems to rave about their pasta dishes..
