My daughter had visited this 'attraction' two months earlier and said it was a must! We think she may need glasses! We tried to imagine the 'waterfall' (manmade sluice) with more than a hosepipe of water over it. My husband took a while to convince that the trickles into a little pool were actually seven springs and not just one or two springs divided ( think number 6 was the best). The walk through the tunnel was worth it although my husband by this point was unable to be convinced of anything and decided to go across the top and ended up back in the car park, thereby lay the reason for the 'Terrible' rating (which otherwise would have been average ... the pitiful puppy farm being run in the car park! Horrendous! There was a make shift pen with little attempt at concealment. Peering inside there were 4 or 5 kennels sectioned off with a female dog chained in each. The barriers made a couple difficult to see but all the female dogs appeared to be young and all had had litters. We could only hear one noisy set of pups and a pitiful lab type sheltered them. There was a tiny jack russell type who frankly didn't move. a really sorrowful one at the far end ventured towards the fence and attempted to drink from a container of green water but a ferocious dog hurled itself (from a neighbouring pen) towards us. I could retreat to my car, she cowered. This has to be the saddest attraction I have ever visited.
