I wish they had audio guide. I would have paid 4x 20Euro to rent one of those and listen to all the story.

This museum is full of surprises and is deceptively large. Absolutely a must see, particularly as the entry is only 6 euro.

When it is hot outside the Hospital of the Knights building is cool inside and the air conditioning in some of the rooms helps. There are great displays which explain the long history of human settlement of the island of Rhodes using archaeological and art historical material. Some of the statues are worth the six euros entrance price on their own. Do not miss the statue of Aphrodite bathing it is just stunning. It will take 3 hours to see and anywhere else would cost twice as much.
