“Poor Value, Seedy and Uncomfortably Hot”
Review of Casino Rodos

Casino Rodos
Ranked #49 of 117 things to do in Rhodes Town
Attraction details

Costs €15 'tax' per person to get in which includes one drink. Drinks are theoretically free while you're playing but finding a waiter to actually fetch you one is not easy so you'll do well to consume more than one unless you're there for some time (which either means you've been lucky or lost a lot).
There doesn't seem to be a dress code so the interior resembled more of a seedy amusement arcade than most people's idea of a casino - don't go expecting a James Bond type experience.
Perhaps one reason people go wearing shorts is that it was ridiculously warm in there which only exacerbated the difficulty in getting a drink.
We were there for an hour playing slots and had 2 drinks each which seemed an expensive diversion for the €80 it cost us in total.

Not many options to choose from in the casino and it was small.
Looked great from outside but was disappointed in the interior. Also the minimum bets for tables were high and not recommended for tourists who might just want to pass some time.

Casino Rodos is an average casino and compared to the other Greek Casinos (Parnitha, Loutraki, Thessalloniki, etc.) this casino trails all the rest. It seems that this casino is understaffed because on Fridays & Saturdays there were crowded tables and they were not opening new casino tables because they were caliming staff shortages and they were telling their customers to wait for one or more hours till 23.00 when the new shift will arrive!!!
Although the Casino is situated in a very attractive cental building surrounded by gardens when you enter it one immediate realises that this casino is not what was expected at least from just looking from the outside one can expect something equivalent which is not the case.

A very nice casino situated in the heart of rhodes town in a very historic building as the pictures saying .To get in they charge you 15 euros and you getting the 10 back in a slot machine goins. The casino is split in 2 floors downstairs is the slot machines and upstairs you can find all the table games .The down site is the prices at the table games is to expensive but as slot machine fun i found chip ones to spend my time. the casino is clean and friendly and i think is 23 hours open
