Our stay at the Sheraton was a very pleasant one the staff were friendly and attentative it was our 29th wedding anniversary while we were away the hotel made us a very nice cake and a fabulous bottle of rose wine which was a lovely touch, the lady from Hungary on the animation team was an asset to the Sheraton we found her warm enthusiastic and informative, the only thing we thought was extortionate was the price of the chips 5euros. apart from that a very pleasing restful stay.

We stayed at the hotel on a half board basis from 2nd to 9th May 12. Our first impression was of an elegant, large reception with warm welcoming staff. Alex (Director of F&B) and Anastasia (Receptionist) couldn't have been more helpful on our late arrival and offered us dinner before completing our check-in. Anastasia had allocated us a lovely room with an awesome view of the sea front (great for watching the sun set). The hotel itself certainly lived up to our expectations of a 5 star rating; it is classy and luxurious, whilst at the same time very comfortable. As travellers who are used to frequenting good hotels, we were impressed with the range and standard of the facilities. The quality and variety of the food was great and importantly the service in the various bars and restaurants was excellent. George (Restaurant Manager) ensured that the buffet restaurant ran smoothly and had a great team working with him. The pool areas are immaculate and well laid out and Michalis and the team at the pool side bar offer a great service. The hotel is suitable for families, couples and single travellers, the Greek people are very genuine and welcoming. All in all we highly recommend the Sheraton Rhodes Resort.
