We traveled to this hotel out of season so it was fairly quite which was good, The hotel itself if very modern and well set out.

The Rooms are of good size with everything you would require available.

The price of food & drink is cheap for this kind of hotel

The pools are great with plenty of sun beds for everyone

The pools are clean and not too cold

The only bad thing about this hotel was the noise & the hallways

the walls are paper thin so you hear everything which is going out outside your room which can annoying,

also the hallways are very dark, with no natural light its like walking down a back alley with the odd spot light here and there.

Great hotel, great staff, food (breakfast is superb) ...! Advice for all couples - make sure that you tell the hotel about your special occasion, and they will make it special for you. Thank you for wonderful memories !

I have stayed here twice now with the last stay in September 2013. I absolutely love this resort. It is in the area known as Ixia and just off the main road of Rhodes that leads either into the city or to the airport. Therefore very easy to get around as there is also public transport you can catch on the main road. All rooms at Atrium Platinum have a view of the ocean and the sunsets are spectacular. The room we had was a Deluxe room and worth every cent! The rooms are modern, spacious and have a balcony as well. The facilities are second to none and cater for most people. The beauty salon is a must! The gym is of average size but each time I used it there wasn't many people so it wasn't a problem. The restaurant offers an amazing buffet breakfast with a huge selection. We also tried the buffet at night - not as good as the breakfast buffet but still good. The staff are very friendly and were always willing to help with any query. The manager of the restaurant always greets you and does not foret your name (wish I could say the same about him). I have enclosed some photos for you to look at and would highly recommend this resort in Rhodes.

Room Tip: Definately choose a Deluxe room and one that is on the highest level possible.

We had an out of season 7 day break at this hotel. Reception was efficient and friendly (the word of the day for all staff). The room was huge with a lovely bathroom, keeping the room stocked with shower gel and shampoo was a problem and we had to ask each day. The room overlooked the large pool area as do all the rooms, this was not a problem out of season but I could imagine that in the height of the season the noise could be a problem as the pool bar doesn't close until quite late.
The restaurant is large and airy, we were always shown to our table by the Maitre D' or the Hostess and introduced to the waiter or waitress looking after us for that meal. The buffet is huge the food is replenished frequently and the variety is fantastic, and if there is nothing you fancy on the buffet for a main course then ask to speak with the chef and he will do whatever he can to provide you with a dish to suit you. The fish and seafood was spectacular the salads wonderful and the desserts amazing.
The overriding memory of this 7 day break was the staff at the Atrium Platinum they were all friendly and efficient (with the possible exception of the chambermaid), and made our stay really a great experience. Would we go again....yes in a heartbeat but only early or late season.

Room Tip: The rooms higher and away from the pool would be best in high season, if you can afford on of the suites with a pool that would be the best option.

Ten nights in September 2013 have left a very good impression: good accommodation, friendly and efficient staff, very good food.
Sequentially:
Immigration control at the local airport was a mess: an inefficient and unfriendly gateway to Rhodos. About an hour of queuing in in a stuffy (no air conditioning) and totally packed pre-immigration cubicle , and we were free.
Check-in at the hotel, in contrast, was a breeze.
Accommodation: The room was spacious, everything worked, solid beds, good linen, quality towels, everything looked new. A good showerhead in the stand-up shower but drainage could be better.
The room terrace was spacious enough for some afternoon reading and a quick tea/coffee.
The pool was well-maintained with sufficient chairs and pool towels (you trade them for a card issued at check-in, pool and bar staff friendly and efficient. The pool environment could be almost ideal if parents with toddlers could give more preference to the dedicated children's area, if not for the peace and quiet of the other guests but at least for the safety of their own kids. The same comment would apply to the breakfast/dinner restaurant: the acoustics is good, and every discontented scream reverberates.
Food: The food at breakfast and dinner was fresh, well prepared and well- displayed and served: an excellent selection of consistently good dishes. Everyone we asked loved the dinner maitre d, who did a stellar job while running a tight ship. Service at dinner was uniformly good and quite friendly.. We thanked the chef at the end of the stay, who modestly said it was the hotel's policy to have the best ingredients from all over the region. Well done, and we hope they can keep it up for the next season.
Summation: good accommodation, excellent food = good value for our money.
