“Good atmosphere, lively and authentic”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

Romeo was one of the very few places that were with live music and crowded, alive in late October. Live music was very good. We havent tried to food but the drinks were good, service was friendly and fast. The manager/owner pays great attention to guests. Overall we liked it for a friendly greek experience with a lively atmosphere.

“Decent Food, Not Exceptional”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

This restaurant is in a good location and has a good atmosphere. We enjoyed dinner, but detected nothing exceptional about the food. That doesn't mean it wasn't good, but just an average experience. The service was below average on the night we were there with our waiter gabbing with other diners or staff while we needed attention. They had entertainment, a singer and two instrumentalists, which was delightful.

“A Restaurant with nice atmosphere.”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

This restaurant lays a bit hidden from the main gate, wich is nice.
We have been visiting this restaurant for several years now, when we are on holiday at Rhodes.
Food is nice, like slow cooked Stifado, mixed grill, typical greek food. They also have more international food if you prefer that. If you travel wirh children they have childrens meny. The waiters is very helpful, have an entertaining and joyful appearance. And since we have been there for several times/years, especially Mario, remember us good and we him.

All in all a nice, good restaurant. A little notice, don't come to late in night, after 19:30 pm. It's will be many guests and a bit hectic/chaos for the waiters .

“Good”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

We dined here late Sept while on a guided tour during the evening of the old town. The food came out quick and was very good. Three courses and two included drinks went down well. The place was lively as is to be expected in the town centre. We even went back a few days later as we decided to tour the town by ourselves.

“The more off the main road in the old town, the better you'll eat...”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

We enjoyed a lunch in the restaurant and were lucky to arrive right before 2 groups of tourists. Sitting on the terrace under the trees, it has a very authentic atmosphere, a typical tourist place.

The food was nice, the restaurant is specialized in slowly roasted meat and fish (charcoal oven, grill/roasting spit). It has a large choice and the price is fair.
