Friends booked my husband and myself into this for 1 night for my 60th birthday present, we live on the island. What a hidden gem this Hotel is, lovely rooms, warm, this is in December, very clean, helpful staff, even supplied kettles for our morning cuppas, (our friends booked in too)A great American breakfast , plus choice of cold meats, cheeses etc., will definately be going again.

Good quality budget hotel - city style - not for those who like lounging around the pool but excellent for those who are in Rhodes to explore what it has on offer. Clean with good breakfast selection and as previous reviews explain - in an excellent location. Just minutes walk to the centre of Rhodes old town. Lots of good quality restaurants and taverns in local area - less expensive than the old town tourist area and more authentic. There is a bus stop to the airport just a 2 minute walk from the hotel - a much cheaper option costing just 2.30 euros each to get to the airport terminal. The bus terminus in Rhodes town is about a 10 minute walk away and the assistants in the bus station are very helpful. Only downside to hotel was that we felt the beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

It is not the best hotel I have been in. But for average budget travelers sure it is. This hotel was clean, with a nice breakfast and helpful staff at a very nice value. However, the most important feature of this hotel is its location. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the ancient city, 5 minutes walk from main bus station to other destiantios in the island and is surrounded by very goods reastaurants.

If I want to spend my day getting lost in the ancient city at an excellent price with the option of going 1 hour to the beach this would be my first choice for sure.

This hotel is all (rooms and public area) in very good condition and clean. The room have refrigerator and is soundproof : we hear nothing when the patio-door was closed.
The employee was always ready to help. The previous evening, I book our room from a website (i will never use it again!), and when we arrive at the hotel, they didn't receive anything.. but the accommodate us very well, (give us a room and are ready to wait for the information). They finally get our reservation few hours later.
The breakfast was very nice and full of choice. The quality is very good.
The hotel is about 15 mins from the bus station and 20 mins from the old town.
The only negative point is that the free WiFi is unavailable in our room, but only in the public area of the hotel.

This hotel offers an excellent location : close to the medieval city, the port, the beach & bus station to other villages in the island. They have clean rooms with very good breakfast at an excellent price. I recommend it for anyone with an average budget. I'd go again.

Room Tip: This hotel offers an excellent location with very good rooms at an excellent price. I'd go again...

I stayed here for 4 nights during the month os September. It a fairly new hotel that wants to have a clean design. So it took all the steryotipes of this concept and tryed to execute it with the least money possible. The result had to be irregular. I stayed in a double superior room. The room is a little bigger than the other hotels that I stayed in Greece, with all white furniture. Very confy beds, not too soft nor hard. The location is very good, close to the old town. The failures were: TV the size of a childs toy, bathroom amenities not refilled every day, very greasy breakfast (fried eggs and mushrooms swimming in grease; powder orange juice so sweet it could make you diabetic). Not to mention the internet, that is wi-fi available only in the lobby (something unthinkable in a new hotel at this price range!). Overall it was okay but it didn't leave any best memories.

We stayed there for one week. The whole hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, is very clean and carefully maintained. The room was quite small but the beds large. Storage space was a little small, but just about enough. There are no seats in the room, but 2 small ones and a table on the balcony. The wet room is superb, a masterpiece of fitting everything in. The airconditioning was very effective but quiet, there was no extra charge for both this and the room safe.
The staff very very friendly and helpfull. The breakfasts were very good, continental plus some hot food, bacon and eggs etc.. Would benefit from including some fresh fruit.
The Atlantis is extremely well situated, everywhere, new town, old town, the beach, harbour etc is just minutes away and there is a multitude of restaurants very close by.

Room Tip: I would expect all of the rooms to be good. NB there is no swimming pool, sorry
