We were told that Niohori would be a nice local restaurant run by a family. We went in by 2 pm and it took 20 minutes to get service. An american group had some difficulties with group invoicing and finally they all had to pay their own bills. Although there were two members of the staff available, no one served us. Finally the mother character of the restaurant received our order.
Food was just average quality. No extras because of delay. 27 euros for lunch was quite much.
