“Very Relaxing”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

Having just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel returnend home 3/07/2013.
If you were thinking of booking a holiday here just do it everything about this Hotel is first class.
The rooms are very spacious and clean the only advantage you get from a sea view room is the sun only shines there in the morning where as a road view you get the sun in the afternoon which can be very hot on your balcony we had room 346 which faced the road but it also gave us a great sea view.
We went to the beach as we don't do pools don't get me wrong the pool was superb, and what a lovey beach it is sand and shingle you must take beach shoes with you as the sand gets very hot also it makes it easier to get in and out of the sea which has a slight slope as you enter also loads of sun beds on the beach.
The food his first class and you have a great range of choices and the service from all the staff is so friendly.
The only minor let down was the entertainment which was ok but not great but after drinking at the main bar where all the sprits are branded who cared about the entertainment.
What more can I say about this hotel well it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had and would we go back most definitely.
Thanks to all the staff for making this holiday so special.

Room Tip: Sea view gets the sun in the morning where as the road views get the sun in the afternoon which can...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel end of May 2013 as we getting married in the nearby Kallithea Springs. First of all this is an excellent hotel and the first thing that you notice is how helpful and attentitive all of the staff are. The hotel is absolutely spotless and very well layed out with plenty of room around the pools and a lovely stretch of beach which the hotle backs on to. The manager was very good to us and was really helpful in geting the team to set up an area for our drinks reception and evening meal after our wedding ceremony up at Kallithea.

The bedrooms are an average size (though we were kindly upgraded to a seaview thanks to the manager as it was our wedding), though apart from the beds being a bit hard (obviously personal choice) the rooms are very comfortable and all have air conditioining, a fridge, safe and a good size bathroom with bath and shower.

The food at the hotel (in both restaurant and snack bar) is of a high qualty in terms of taste and choice and this is by far one of the best all inclusive food hotels we have ever stayed in. A good mix of local cuisine and theme food nights.

The pool area again is very clean and the pool itself is very nice and can accomodate swimming and play activiites. As with any hotel you have to get up a bit early to get sun beds right next to the pool side but there are always plenty of beds if you like to have a later start to the day. There is also a pool bar (not swim up) next to the pool where the staff are very quick at getting you a drink.

The staff in this hotel are fantastic and they do make you feel really welcome whatever your purpose of staying at this hotel, the main bar George and Stavros will really look after you and the drinks will particularly flow well right into the early hours of the morning. The restaurant manager is excellent and trys to talk to everyone and welcome you every lunch time and evening as he sees you. If you have a large party speak to them and they will always try and get you seats and tables together for meals.

In summary you can not fault this hotel and if you choose to holiday here, you will have a relaxing time with good quality service and staff who will try and help you have a great holiday. We and our family that travelled with us will definetley be going back and we will reccommend this hotel to others!

Have just returned from a week at Hotel Calypso beach and would go back tomorrow if I could! We travelled as a couple, however this hotel is great for families and people of all ages. The staff were brilliant from the moment we got there; as we had a late flight we were too late to eat at the restaurant, so a member of staff went and made us toasted sandwiches. The fridge in our room was stocked with various soft drinks and there was also a bottle of wine in the room which were all provided free of charge. The safety deposit box is also included with the room. The rooms are very nice, with air-con and they are cleaned every day, with beach towels provided.
It is a fantastic example of an all-inclusive hotel as a lot of the drinks are branded, such as baileys, southern comfort, and you don't have to pay for drinks after a certain time, they are all included until the bar closes at 2am!! There are also pedalows and canoes available on the beach for hotel guests to use free of charge, we went on the pedalows twice and had a great time!
The food was nice with a good choice at every meal; being a fussy eater I thought I might struggle to find things I liked, but this wasn't the case at all.
I would definitely recommend booking this holiday through teletext as we had no problems at all and saved a lot of money. We did try and upgrade to a sea view room through teletext but there were none available, however the rooms that face the road get the sun in the afternoon which we preferred.
There were not many english guests which didn't bother us too much, and we still met another couple there who we spent a lot of time with which added to our holiday experience! The beds are also rather hard but you get used to it after a couple of nights!
I am definitely returning to this hotel. The staff really can't do enough for you, thank you for a great holiday! Hope to see the same faces (Nikos, Stavros, Ivan to name a few) when we return!

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are amazing (we went to a friends room who had one), however we preferred getting...

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean and big enough for what you need, they are cleaned everyday, they provided you with beach towels and on arrival there where drinks and water in the fridges and a bottle of wine :-) the food is very nice and puddings even better. There is one waiter who was totally amazing his name is george and he works in the upstairs restaurant, he couldn't do enough for us. All the all inclusive alcohol is BRANDED, so that's a bonus. The beach is lovely with water sports included.
All in all it was one of the best holidays we have been on.
Hope to return again in a few years time.
:-)

Well what can I say about this beautiful hotel! I've not been on holiday for 5 years and certainly picked the best place to go to! This hotel is spotless, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern and spacious, the food is amazing! something different to eat every night (anybody who says there is not enough choice has something very wrong with them!)

The surrounding are just fantastic. Right on the beach with plent of sun beds to relax :) our room was on the 7th floor right at the the top which was fine for us as it was lovely and quiet and had a fantastic view! We were looked after by all the staff in the restaurant and even I loved all the food and I can be picky :)

Would absolutely 100% return to this hotel! A couple things we found was there were a lot of Germans, some of which were incredibly rude telling my 5 year old cousin to be quiet in the corridor at 4pm :s my nan soon sorted them out though :) and the beds were a little hard but then reception staff are willing to help and provide a mattress topper for a bit more comfort.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel and the surrounding areas!! Hoping to come back next year!!! Thank you for a memorable holiday! Xx

I already stayed in this hotel voor 28 times. It has been totally refurnished and is now a quite attractive hotel where you find everything you need. Although I am not in favorite of all inclusive, because you loose a lot of opportunities to know locals and to savour local hospitality, gastronomy and touristic attractions, I can recommend this hotel to take all inclusive!
