“Very good value, good holiday.”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

Very pleased with the holiday, the hotel was clean and well run with friendly staff and a good atmosphere, slightly out of the way compared to hotels in falaraki centre but still easily within walking distance of the resort and beach including bar street and club street. Fairly comprehensive shop with all the essentials within a 2 minute walk and some nice places to go fora meal within 5. Highly recommend the desert rose bbq. However, on the downside from my perspective the resort was relatively quiet. Falaraki was not the busiest greek resort to go for a holiday so quite a few of the bars were empty, but the better bars were always busy enough to be lively. Rhodes town was a nice day out as well and the marina there is picture perfect.

We stayed in a double studio with pool view for four nights at the end of June 2013.
We had booked on booking.it and paid 89 euros in total.. so this has been of the best hotels we have been to because of the wonferful location and excellent service.
The room was a sort of small flat, very clean, with a big bathroom, a kitchenette, a large bed (two twin beds put one next to the other) and a spacious balcony overlooking the nice swimming pool.
The swimming pool is big, with plenty of sunbeds. Next to it, there is the restaurant\cafeteria where we have had many breakfasts and snacks (the menu is half greek and half more continental, the dishes are good and at a very good price).
The hotel hasn't got a 'real' reception area, but the owners are always available at the restaurant and so all information and check-in&out processes are done there without problems,
The location is excellent, there is no private parking because there are plenty of free public spaces outside the building, along the street. Faliraki centre can be reached in less than 10 minutes and Faliraki beach is very close (less than a 5-minute walk).
If interested, the hotel's owners also offer a private transfer from and to the airport at 20 euros (one way, per car). Just ask the reception for that and you can arrange the transfer when convenient for you.
Our holiday on Rhodes was fantastic also thanks to our stay at this hotel.. Super recommended!

We stayed in Royal Rose between 3rd August and 10th August 2013 and we find it excellent. The hotel and the rooms are perfect and spotlessly clean, recently renewed with free Wifi and flat screen TV. The pool area is really nice with sunbeds and umbrellas. But the best of all was the staff, especially the owner Vivienne and her mum, Sally. They offer real Greek hospitality and it is worth much more than staying in an All-inclusive hotel . I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We have just returned from holiday in Royal Rose Studios, Rhodes. The staff was extremly helpful and we would like to thank them once again. Nothing was problem for them.

The room was clean (cleaned every day) and spacious. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the view into the garden and the pool area. The kitchen had only basic equipment but it was sufficient for cooking.

Hotel's location is quite convenient - there is a small shop just in front of the hotel and a bigger shop some 10 minutes by walk. The beach is 5 minutes by walk as well as the centre of Faliraki. The area is very quiet.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon.

Jana and Roman

Room Tip: Ask for a room with pool view in an upper floor.

We spent a nice holiday in this lovely place. Its major asset is its owner - she's enormously kind, ready to help with anything at virtually any time, always attentive, yet resolute if necessary, which also means that the rooms are clean and well maintained. Although there're still some flaws in their finish and details, the rooms are built pretty above a common standard we experienced at other Greek resorts for a similar price.
We had a room facing the pool, those at the second floor are probably the best choice - not so hot and with a nice view. It was surprisingly quiet - quite unusual in such a lively and noisy place like Faliraki with its uncountable bars and clubs, targetting young visitors.
We needn't opt for AC, even in hot summer time. On the other hand, the water in the bathroom was mostly only lukewarm but probably nobody would mind it in Greek summer.

These studios were just what we were looking for. Basic, clean accommodation, with very helpful staff in a brilliant location. It's only a short walk to the beach and close to all the bars, clubs and restaurants, but you can hear no noise from the bars at all. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and all day long sun. The pool is very refreshing and not too cold. Its very peaceful by the pool and perfect for relaxing. There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks all day and was still open in the evening so great for having a beer before heading out. A small shop is located just across the road, great for buying heavy items such as bottled water etc. It is reasonably priced. Our studio was located at the rear of the complex so we did not have a pool view which I would have preferred. This did mean however that the room was cooler as it was more shaded. The view at the back was of the garden and mountain behind so still nice to look at. The room was great, plenty of room and very clean. Small kitchen with two hob rings, but didn't bother with any cooking, although there would be enough facilities to cook if you wanted. Bathroom was clean and modern, hot water when needed. All in all a fantastic place top stay and could not recommend it enough!

Room Tip: Wanting a sunny terrace or balcony ask for pool view, for a cooler shaded room as for mountain view.
