I'm open water certified and paid for a 2-dive boat trip, my wife is a very unconfident swimmer and did a snorkel trip (on the same boat). The sites dived were at Mesa Pigadia (the south west tip of Santorini).
The experience was really great. Everything was done by the book, which is good for a new OW diver and essential for my wife's happiness. For the first time she snorkeled in water she couldn't stand up in and that's increased her confidence enormously.
The dives had wonderful visibility (see the photos) - maybe 100ft - and, while they were shallow (37ft max) there was quite a lot to see and do. Mesa Pigadia has steep cliffs (like the west side of Santorini) but is still fairly shallow (unlike the west side) and there are interesting caves as well as a moderate amount of fish life.
Dive conditions were pretty much ideal - no waves, no, or next to no, current. The water was a really good temperature - 73.9F - and the 3mm wetsuit was certainly adequate. I used all their equipment apart from my own dive computer, I'm a medium or large-tall and what they had worked well.
My wife was extremely satisfied with the snorkeling, despite a certain amount of initial fear from the first boat entry (this was the first time she had entered the sea out of her depth!)
They provided transport to/from our hotel and were very flexible about this - we wanted to eat after the dive and to enjoy some time in Perissa.
The video on their web site shows some shots of the Mesa Pigadia dives I did and that definitely is the boat they use :-) I think it's fairly representative of what you can expect, although maybe the fish life is over emphasized; the Aegean doesn't compare with the Carribean in this respect.
