Have just stayed here for a week and was a lovely clean hotel close enough to everything we needed. More than anything the staff were so nice. Manos and Helen in particular were so helpful and kind. Keep up the good work and thanks again for making our stay in Santorini so enjoyable :-) Mark & Clare xxx

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week in the summer. We loved it very much. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Our room was clean and we had the AC right next to our bed so it was nice and cool at all times even though it was very hot out. We had some problems with the drains, but we got help right away and had no more issues with it. The breakfast was simple but that's the way we like it. the pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time there. The hotels own bar was great and we ate lunch there quite alot. This hotel is really close to everything you could need, the beach, the store, a bakery and great restaurants. We really loved being in Perissa. Our stay was very relaxing.

Thank you to the amazing staff!

Room tip: We had a room on the road's side in the first and second floor. We didn't have any issues with sounds from the street.

We booked this last minute from 18 September until 25 September. The hotel is a lovely place to stay - rooms are basic but cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you, particularly Manos, Ellen (?), the two pool cleaners and the lovely girl on reception (don't know how to spell her name but sounds like 'Spiradulia'). The pool is a good size with pool towels provided - we thoroughly enjoyed our swim every morning. Location excellent for beach, bars and tavernas. Road is busy to cross but then it is a pleasant walk down to the beach. Buses cheap. Waterbus to Kamari was wonderful but be prepared to get your feet wet getting on and off! We would definitely come again. Thanks to all for making our week there such a lovely experience. We were also very lucky with the weather - it was perfect.

Room tip: Our room was at front of hotel so quite noisy. If you want it quieter then suggest booking a room overlooking the pool at the back.

If you want a 4 star then you should pay 4 star prices. Don't think this hotel is classed as a 4 star..didn't see any on their hotel sign! In my opinion it was a small lovely hidden gem away from hustle and bustle. Was a little out of way from beach but there is a bus stop
just about 100 yards from hotel. Bus takes you to bottom of busy road to beach. Kerbs are small on each side of road. We depended on the buses because no taxis about, just the odd one going back to Fira. Sunday's were bad for buses so we thumbed a lift and gave them 5 euros back to our hotel. Walking is probably 15 minutes. Buses cheap to Fira and Oia where the cruise ships come in. If you have ever visited Capri it is very similar. REminded us of Cyprus and Sorrento. Went in water taxi to Kamari really liked it there. Seemed like there was more choice of food catering for English tourists. Rooms basic but cleaned every day and fresh towels. As others have said towels given to you by pool, give them back and a clean one produced the next day. Staff were the loveliest of people especially Helen and Manos who really took care of us all week much appreciated by both of us. Definitely will return at some point. Could not find fault with breakfast which again caters for every nationality but you would not leave hungry. I enjoyed the bacon and scrambled omelette but not sausages. Proper toaster though not those daft things that flings the toast on floor sometimes. Fruit, cheeses, lovely cakes, juice ,lovely coffee. The bar snacks were brilliant had some great food there and a superb omelette cooked by Manos himself one day. HE a good cook! Pizza great too but we shared most stuff because of the heat it was very hot in 30's. Beach was not good for getting into water feet sunk right in..had trouble getting back to sun bed. These are free if you have a drink or food (probably why they don't charge). Thank goodness for pool at hotel to go back too.Thank you all at Fenix ...you all do a superb job in looking after your clients. Ps. Pool is the best too.. now missing my numerous dips throughout the day. ..
Fcarastoff.. Meaning thank you but don't know how to spell it. See you again in near future.

Room tip: Get a room over pool

We booked a last minute deal as we just wanted to get a break. I did not know what to expect but we where very happy with the hotel and location. The rooms are basic but you only use it to sleep in. It was cleaned every day with a change of towels and sheets. The hotel had a good choice for breakfast. The pool is lovely and they give you towels to use each time you go. It has a nice poolside bar. The staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. I could not fault this hotel at all. It was a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants . There was a bus stop just down the road and a trip to Fira took 20 mins max.We had a great break.

Room tip: Ask for a pool view
