We had a one night stop over and left wishing we'd had more time to stay at this hotel and explore Nafpaktos which seems to be a go to place for well-heeled Greek youth. Once we located the hotel and were lucky enough to find parking on the street we were welcomed in an airy and lovely lobby, took the glass lift up two flights and walked up to our attic two-bedroom space. Very clean and welcoming, spacious and stylish, seamlessly blending modern with excellent quality antiques. Right near lots of creative restaurants and shops. Large shower. We'd love to return some day. Free hi-speed internet.

I'll start off with the one complaint I have: Parking! We were in Nafpaktos in February and had a hard time finding a parking space. I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. Due to recent changes in city regulations you have to go to a Kiosk to buy these parking cards to park on the street (at 1 euro/hr). There was free parking off the main streets, but no spots to be found. For this reason, I would not want to stay in Nafpaktos again.

Now the hotel was wonderful. If you do go to Nafpaktos, Arxontiko Pepos is the place to stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated. We were able to get the attic room, which had 2 bedrooms. The beds looked like something I would love to have in my home. They were very comfortable. The rooms were very elegant. To describe the decor it was slightly modern, but with a traditional feel. Breakfast was included in the price. It was served on real China and was very elegant. The food was wonderful. Keep in mind it was the offseason, but for 2 bedrooms and the great breakfast, 84 euros/night was well worth it! Thanks!

This was the positive surprise of our summer vacation. On our way to the Ionian Islands, we stayed for one day in Nafpaktos. We ended up at this hotel by pure luck. And we loved it. Our room was on the 2nd floor, small but very comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay. I would not suggest it for more than 2 nights as it is a "city" hotel. No outdoors, no swimming pools, none of the amenities that you may need after a few days.
The staff was very friendly and polite.
We paid 75 euro for one night in high season (August).

We stayed at the Archontiko Pepos for one night in September on our way up to Parga. Our Greek teacher had recommended this hotel as he knew the owner and boy we were not disappointed. A hidden gem of a hotel. From the start the lovely lady in reception was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are amazing and the bed is to die for, so comfortable I wanted to bring it back home !

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and loved every minute of our stay, we could have quite happily stayed for longer. The breakfast was so sweet, served on proper china, it felt quite regal. But the little town itself was charming, so Greek, no English tourists, so we had to practice what Greek we knew, all added to the fun. Lots of lovely tavernas and bars dotted round the town and a beautiful Venetian fortress on the hill. Certainly worth a trip up there just for the view across the gulf.

A charming hotel, with amazingly friendly and helpful staff, set in a lovely fishing harbour town, truly a small piece of Paradise.

Would I stay here again? Yes please, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is nice . Although the room was nicely decorated it was quite small. The reception made a bit of a noise during the night and the TV was placed in wrong place however overall it is a good hotel.Good value for money. We payed 85euro per night.

Me and my spouse travelled to Nafpaktos for the weekend last March to enjoy the spring sunny days. We found Arxontiko Pepos through a tourist agency in Nafpaktos town and we were amazed at the excellent ambiance and interior design of the hotel areas and the rooms (mini suites). Although the rooms are small, they are so lavishly decorated (the site says it all!) that we didn't mind the small space. During our stay we had a small accident, the shower glass fell down and as a result we had to rush to the local health center for stiches. However, the staff and manager were extremely caring, as well as the local health center (a BIG thansk once again) and we couldn't feel bad about it. If we had stayed anywhere else, I am sure it would be a disaster, but in Arxontiko Pepos, they took so good care of us that we will always remember this stay with a huge smile.
