Yes the setting and the views are really really nice, the place well kept and decorated with taste.
Service was so so from a clumsy teenager but we did not mind as he was probably learning. The point is that we were there to eat well...What a disappointment! 40€ for 2 Gaspacho is the beginning of the ripoff trail. Dull frogs legs at 26€ swimming in a tasteless green soup, some uninteresting langoustines with foie gras, followed by an unimaginative cabillaud to finish with lifeless desert and a water at 6€!!!.
Sure the wine was good and at 41 € a bottle, it had better be. When you want to charge high prices you better deliver and they did not. Only the scenery did. Considering the other reviews, I can only assume it was a bad day in the kitchen even though the place was far from busy. But in this business consistency is key.
