We stopped here on our trip in Provence.Les Ocres is very nice short walk with a scenery of red rocks arround. It is easy trip for a 45 minutes. The small town of Roussillon is build from ocres and view from trail to hilly red town is very nice, also the narrow streets and small squares in town are beautiful. If you will go nearby it is good to visit.

A thoroughly interesting open air museum. There is a shorter route which we took ( I would think that was enough). Spectacular colours and a most photogenic place.

Pretty hill top town and cliffs are wonderful colours but this place is too busy in season, parking is difficult, avoid in high season.

Pretty easy hike in beautiful surroundings. We did the long hike which was easily completed within the 50 minutes that stands for it.

We loved walking the trails through the ocra mines, the colors and beauty of the area. It's a bit of a hike on a hot day, but it's a perfect break from all the wine and cheese!
