Bar with dining area. Full of locals every lunchtime, eating the plat de jour, starter or dessert, and a drink, all for just 12 euro. If you don't want the plat de jour, or want to eat in the evening, it is probably not the place for you.
But if they are cooking the same dish for 60 or so it is going to be good. Nothing fancy, but tasty food which won't cost the earth, and rubbing shoulders with the locals, not unlike a roadside relais.
