Great Hotel!!
we ended up here during our bike tour on the river of Lake Kostance and we remained amazed!
the bedrooms are confortable, with big bed and spacious shower!
the view from all the bedrooms is amazing as the building is in a oval shape so wherever you look you see mountains.
we had just a little problem with the air conditioning because we could not turn it off and we slept with it working...
we used the swimmingpool, the wellness (sauna, ... ) and found it very nice, well organized and rich in offer!
we didnt go up on the roof as our bedroom was already at the tenth floor, anyway i think having breakfast up there would have been fantastic, if the breakfast was included! I dont understand why in business hotels the breakfast is not included!

Room Tip: ask for the upper floors

Great experience. Stayed here because it was the cheapest hotel close to Lichtenstein. Great view from the top floor, where they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sparkling wine and spirits were part of the breakfast buffet, which was amusing:) Rooms are top modern with remote controls all over. Small negatives were the usual overprized internet, and alittle "small town" service - nice though. Recommended!

We stayed here for one night, and that was enough! The room is just like any other 4 Points hotel, it's very basic. Our air conditioning barely worked. In the morning the sun was shining in the huge windows in the room, heating the room up very quickly, but there's just some beige blinds on the windows, nothing thick or dark to block the sun! No sleeping in at this hotel I guess! There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom so if someone gets up in the night to use the washroom the light disturbs anyone that is sleeping! The room tries to be modern, but the design is just absurd if they think people don't want a bathroom door!
There is no wireless Internet in the rooms, even though the front desk lady said there was, and gave us codes for our cell phones and tablet (she should really know this as part of her job!). The wireless wasn't working in the restaurant, so only the front lobby had it, which is very small and mostly unfurnished.
They tried charging us for breakfast that we never had on our hotel bill! Make sure to check your bill thoroughly! The front desk staff at checkout and check-in were not friendly, and didn't care that we said we didn't have a good stay. I know that we are used to North American hospitality which is very different than it is in Europe, but this was the worst we'd seen on our trip.
We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was beyond slow. The food was good, but the staff ignored us the entire time we were there, we don't like having to beg someone to bring us more drinks!
I would not stay here again. Ever.

We found this hotel by chance - needed to catch a flight from Memmingen, a small town west of Munich, where Ryan Air flies from, and after having looked at the options on the German side, found this one, which is only an hour or so drive away from Memmingen.

First of all, this Four Points is nicer than most of the Sheratons I've stayed at. As an SPG Gold, I got an upgrade to an Executive Room, which is very spacious, extra nice (the beds, the bathroom and shower, the decor and furniture all look quite new) - and we had a panoramic view of the Alps through our floor to ceiling windows. The rest of the hotel is quite nice as well - really well done and run, clean, quiet, offers free underground parking and the staff is great.

But the greatest thing is the Home of the Balance spa, where you get free access being a hotel guest. It spans 3 floors and offers a large gym, a decent size lap pool and a big pool with salty water that is kept at 28 degrees Centigrade. It is big, and offers whirlpools for every part of your body while providing enough space for many people to enjoy it at the same time.

There are a few saunas varying in temperature and treatments as well. Plenty of space inside and outside to lounge too. A trip to a sauna like this alone is worth the nightly rate.

If you happen to be in the area, don't miss this place.

Excellent hotel and Service. The Swimming Pool and the Spa are a little bit overcrowded in the mornings though.

The Hotel was very clean and also very quiet. The Bed was very comfordable. Parking for our car in a secured area was free. We had a small issue with the heating system and there for got free drinks in the bar. The problem was resolved the next day. And now about the view... Simple Top Class View to the Mountains once you open your electric courtains in the morning. Really one of a kind. And also everything is very near by. We visited Vaduz in Lichtenstein, Zurich and Lucerne in Swiss, Bregenz in Austria and also Lindau and Meersburg in Germany. We would go back at any time.
