We almost didn't stop here since our guidebook made it sound like the food wasn't that good, but we had learned over the prior week that Panama's standard of good tasting food is pretty low. At Pinocchio's we ordered a pizza each. The veggies on one were fresh and cooked well, the sausage on the other was pretty good. Was this true Italian or New York style pizza? No. Was it hot, tasty, and filling? Yes. We even had enough left over to make a second meal later that night. This place makes for a nice quick meal - the pizza was good enough, the drinks were cold, and the service was friendly.
