We were staying across the street from Couleur Cafe and ate lunch there often. The food was always fresh and tasty. There were always locals, as well as tourists at the cafe. The French owner/chef knows his food and makes crepes as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. Portions are large and everything was delicious. During past visits, we had wonderful dinners there, but the restaurant is only open two nights a week for dinners.
