Great service, food, value. Whole red snapper was on the menu. So fresh and perfectly cooked. Other dishes we had were casado con carne, arroz con pollo and mariscos. I was surprised by the freshness of all the seafood given it is a soda. Will miss it dearly!

Visited the place with my two friends, we all enjoyed our food. The portions were big and food was really tasty. Prices for that food were also reasonable, comparing to other places - cheap.
The service wasn't the best, but overall a good experience and would go back for the food.

My friends and I visit this soda every year that we come to Santa Teresa and have always been pleased, but this time around I can honesty say we will be returning. we decided to order a grilled fish Ensenada with vegetables. It came out mushy, breaded and pan fried. We double checked the menus to make sure it said grilled in Spanish and English. Our server spoke clear English which was a relief because unfortunately we speak little Spanish, so we asked him if that was what they considered grilled. he said, “umm I don’t know, what do you consider grilled?“ and I said “cooking food over a fire, like a grilled steak or burger” and he said “ohh no you won’t be able to find that outside of America” which made our whole table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We felt offended because we have had grilled fish at this soda the previous year, and at a few sodas around town during this trip. This place is usually a good spot to eat and I know the food can be delicious but our service was absolutely terrible and our server was to blame. We are all young, we all have and still do work in the restaurant industry back home. Being as we are all from a tourist based beach economy in the U.S. we know and understand the importance of tourism and the services that go along with it, and hopefully soon that server will understand the importance of it too.
PS... we asked about a drink special called la tiquicia on the special board and he said he had never seen, heard, or knew what this meant..

This restaurant is located at the northern end of Santa Teresa and offers great local fair in an outdoor setting (like most of the restaurants in Santa Teresa). They offer typical casados, tacos, fish and other seafood dishes. They even have Italian dishes likes spaghetti with tomato sauce! It was our first meal in Santa Teresa, but we never got it a chance to go back. Definitely worth a try!
