Description: Beautiful beachfront Mexican fusion restaurant located in the highly rated Playa Cielo hotel. Daily specials according to the catch of the day (lobster and fish are a house specialty!) Combined with a rich diverse menu, serving fresh ingredients to your table. An amazing selection of delicious, naturally flavored maragaritas, to sip while watching the incredible sunset views. Come and enjoy our food and atmosphere!

We have had many wonderful meals here in santa Theresa, this is by far one of the best. Seating is just off the beach with just enough breeze to keep you cool. Ambiance is delightful. Service was prompt and the food delicious. The chips and variety of salsa prior to dinner were mild to spicy and well worth seconds. I had the grilled mahi tacos and they were excellent. The chicken and shrimp burrito was excellent. Cocktails were refreshing...I highly recommend Habaneros.

Though we found this place to be among the pricier restaurants in ST, the food was top-notch, starting with the delicious fish tacos and the generously sized burrito. Even the chips and dips are well beyond typical restaurant fillers. Ask for the carrot and garlic dip (type of hummus). Several of the tables are on the sand. These are the best, as long as it’s not between 3 and 5pm, when the beating sun is tough to shade out. It’s worth noting that service is friendly, smart... spot-on... though don’t expect it to be super fast. Nothing is fast in ST... nor should it be.

Lovely beachside restaurant which we had walked past in the day and my husband decided to book for an evening meal for my birthday.

It’s probably perfect for a sunset dinner but as we dined around 8pm we didn’t get the view however the sound of the ocean was still lovely, and the setting is quite romantic anyway. We were in Costa Rica for 4 weeks and these are the best Tacos we had by far, I can still remember them, and despite visiting 7 other areas in Costa Rica and many many restaurants these are still the best we came across

We went there for lunch. The food was full of Mexican flavor (guacamole, tuna tartar and shrimp tacos) with a great view. Moderate price for what they offer. The service was not super friendly and they only take cash (as in many places in Santa Teresa).

We were walking a long ways on the beach and stopped in. Watched the sunset while sipping margaritas with bamboo stir sticks rather than plastic straws. Our food: tropical salad and durado fish was top notch. Service was very friendly. Only thing: no filtered water so you must buy water. This is the only place in our travels down the coast of the nicoya that hasn’t given us water as soon as we sat down. Fix that AND accept cards and you will be perfect.
