We actually ate here twice and that says something. It is simple, solid, friendly, with good food and good prices. It is kind of cool to have a falafel joint in Costa Rica. A wide variety of foods for any taste. Hummus is outstanding.

“Delicious!”
Reviewed February 18, 2014

Had the chance to go there for dinner with my wife and we were impressed by the friendly waitress they have, both were awesome, we had a little delay in getting our plates and we really didn't care that much because of them, they were honest and told us what was going on and we were cool with it, this rarely happen in any restaurant. Once we got the food it was just amazing delicious, I had never tried in my entire life a HUMMUS like that, the pita sandwich was delicious too, never tasted something liked before, so thank you!!!!

“Over the top delicious”
Reviewed February 17, 2014 via mobile

When I was a boy, we lived in Israel for a few years. Since then, I always seek out, but rarely find the real deal. Soft warm pita bread, tasty and smooth hummus, perfectly grilled meats, fresh and crispy salads, and lots of spicy and flavorful condiments, sauces and pickles. And as simple as it sounds, most places fail. Underseasoned, overcooked, whatever. But last night at Zula I had the perfect meal. Everything we had was fantastic. The shnitzel, the kebab, the felafel. All perfect. Friendly service and a reasonable tab to boot. Toda raba!
