Food was fresh and delicious. I'm addicted to the Tuna Tartare with mango and avocado.
Cocktails are exquisite and unique. My favorite is the author Mojito.
Service is outstanding. Owners are always there, explain everything in detail, and you can tell they love their jobs and restaurant by the way they treat their clients and put their heart in everything.
The whole experience is always amazing and if you're lucky enough to catch a live band its even better!
Don't miss OSA!

Yes - the title is correct. I have travelled all over, and this place will always hold a memory for me.
Stumbled into after looking for a place with great fish tacos, OSA is run by two laid back yet alert and service orientated guys from Argentina. You can tell these fellas have a born and raised passion for food and life - as it shows in their service and in the focal point of the restaraunt: THE FOOD.

The menu is small each day, which is perfect and ideal - as it means they do a few things, and a few things WELL. Santa Teresa has a variety of top notch restaraunts, and we still ate at OSA 7 times in an 8 day stay. There was zero hesitation coming back here, as the food each and every time was just fantastic. The subtle seasonings, the preparation, the ambiance in the restaraunt... it all comes together for a memorable experience.

My personal favorites were the fish tacos, which are loaded with a lightly seared tuna and piled with red cabbage and a house made tartar that just makes them go BOOM! The tuna tartar has so much tuna it's almost too much, and the burger is a must try. Well seasoned THICK patty, and comes with a blend of potatoes and sweet potatoes lightly fried to perfection... crazy good.

This place is an absolute must visit if you are in town. You will be grateful you came once you taste the food!

Nothing special about the place. Small spot right off the dusty road. I ordered the tacos and while the were nicely presented in a tri-color arrangement they lacked a fresh taste and was dry, overcooked mahi mahi.

They only offer predetermined smoothies which is limiting, and the day we went it was watermelon with blended ice. That's a high price tag for $5 smoothie.

It's a bit pricey for just standard food. I'd rather spend the same amount and get something much better at Cafe Social just up the street. Wanted something different since I had been to Cafe Social 5 times already but should have known better and stick with tried and true.
