We found the Living Room thru trip advisor before we left on our holiday and what a find...
You must try the egg plant the owner was kind enough to give me the recipe and i have now made it at home yum...
We had a lunch and dinner at the cafe and could not fault the food which was good home cooking with a twist the herbs and spices, the service was great also.
thank you we will return

Just back from ferringhi and used this restaurant for both breakfasts and dinner Amy & Ben opened up only around 4 months ago , and they offer good service , food , and atmosphere , it is next to Helena cafe , and Guan Guan so ther is competition . This restaurant has taken the place of Lena's batu ferringhi cafe which had to close through ill health , and I believe they are related , I hope they do well they certainly work hard only closing one day a week.

Wonderful joint. We were walking by and noted on their signboard that they were recommended by trip advisor. And it was worth the stop. Best penang kway teow i tasted in a long while. Great eggplant(!) dish, chicken kapitan...worth a try!

Just back from BF and this little gem was undoutably the best tasting food we had. Try the Thai Chicken (or ask for Thai Fish - not on menu) - Its just superb. Someone on here suggested that they got double portions elsewhere? - Not sure where that was but I bet it wasn't as tasty.

Need I say more. It was busy and we sat at the bar to eat (food was good) while our large bottle of beer served in iced glasses was kept on ice.
