We left our previous resort due to a few hiccups initially and moved on to Hard Rock Hotel.
The pools are huge and have sand in 1 part to create a beach. It was pretty cool as the surrounding beach isn’t the best in the area. The pool and surrounding set up bring a beautiful beach to you so you wouldn’t ever miss the real thing.
We loved the underwater music too!
I haven’t stayed at a hotel with a pool bar like The Shack in about 10 years so that was a great surprise. I don’t know why most resorts don’t have them.
The food was great. We enjoyed our lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. I haven’t been to one of those since 1997 so that was a bit of nostalgia. The Pizzaria pizzas were huge and tasty and the quality of the breakfast was fantastic.
I really enjoyed the music everywhere. We’re closer to 40 these days and found the music really nostalgic. Lots of songs and video clips my husband and I hadn’t heard or seen in years.
We were only there for 1 night, but the staff were truly amazing! Every single staff member we passed said hello and smiled. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
We stayed for 1 night but the hotel and brand made such an impression on us that we plan to prioritise Hard Rock Hotels for our next trips to other destinations also.
