“A Day Out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 29, 2012

This has a really good track and is very well signed. It has a picnic area and continues around for a bit of a walk. There are a considerable amount of steps if you wanted to do the circuit but you are still able to go in and see the natural bridge without climbing any steps. It is a very short flat walk in.

“Well worth a stop!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 4, 2012

Been there three times & would go again. Apparently great glow-worms at night. Only a short walk in on well maintained paths & bridges. Also, clean toilet.

“Spectacular”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2012

A lovely walk and a real treat. The bridge was bigger than i thought it would be and the walk over farm land to the many oyster fossils afterwards is an added bonus. If you combined this with the Marokapa Falls it would be a very worthwhile drive out this way.

“A must see when in Waitomo area”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2012

Thankfully the owner of where we stayed the previous night informed us about Mangapohue Natural Bridge.....otherwise we may have missed it and it's something that everyone should see. Simply stunning. It's an easy walk along a board walk. I only wish we had been there at night, the glowworms would have been out of this world. If you are in the Waitomo area make sure to take a trip to Mangapohue, you won't be disappointed.
