All natural, farmed on mainland in organic farm, fresh juices, all delicious. I will be going back here. Wonderful service with all English speaking young people. Great beach front club with chairs, beds and hammocks which patrons to restaurant can use.

Cudos to head chef Jorge for keeping up the quality at this wonderful restaurant. They make their own bread and its wonderful, sandwiches at lunch are huge and can easily be shared. The guacamole and ceviche are wonderful. We especially liked the pork roast with a beer sauce reduction served with mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms, despite being a wintry sort of meal was very enjoyable. Desserts especially the apple pie with almond crumble sort of a galette and the tempura fried banana crepe are both exceptional and were ordered several times. Drinks are excellent using freshest ingredients. On the dinner appetizer menu the mushroom duxelle served in a homemade brioche bun with a wonderful silky cheesy sauce poured around it is a winner and very filling on its own. Combine with another appetizer. Service is attentive, ambiance wonderful. Linen tablecloths and napkins for the dinner service. Lots of candle-light and good music.

An admitted food snob, I found Mandarina by accident. Came in for breakfast excellent coffee, fruit salad and salmon omelette filled with veggies. Came back for lunch and had delicious shrimp skewer in mango sauce, homemade bread, spinach salad and finished with a Perfect! Coconut creme brulee. Service was superb. A little more cost than town but worth it! All food fresh and organic, grown on mainland and farmed locally. Excellent!

This restaurant is one of the "posh" places on Holbox and a bit pricey, but the food is very good and the location and interior are beautiful.
The real treasure, however, is the sushi bar on top: charming and comfortable atmosphere, very friendly waiters and gorgeous sushi made us come back twice!
