My wife and I went and had dinner tonight. The atmosphere is very cozy and has a magnificent view of the village and mountains.
We started off with the jicama salad. It was flavorful, fresh, and large enough for the two of us to share. The entrées were a mix of traditional with some contemporary. My wife had the chili stuffed with avocado and shrimp and I decided on the risotto with shrimp. Both were outstanding. The risotto was cooked perfectly and had an amazing texture and taste. The stuffed chili had a nice smoked flavor that paired nicely with the fresh ingredients on the inside. We also had a carafe of freshly made pineapple flavored water and regular bottled water. All in all a great dining experience. I do recommend going at night to see all the lights down below.

I stayed here so eating here was handy and very good. Since i like jicama salad, I ordered it for dinner one night. It was so good with oranges and I think a citrus dressing. Breakfast is also good with a variety egg dishes, fruit plates and even hot cakes if you want a change. Service is a little slow but that seems to be the way here. No hurry worry.

I don't know about the first critic, but we had a great dinner here with the best mexican specialty choices. A bit pricier, yes, but absolutely worth it. A nice way to see the beautiful hacienda if you're not staying here.
