“Rest and Relaxation !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2008

We stayed 3 nights at the Windermere Creek Bed & Breakfast in September 2008. We had been travelling non-stop, a day here, and a day or two there, through the Rockies from Vancouver Island, so this was a really nice change.
Scott and Astrid have a lovely spot here. Our cabin was called Mt. Farnham. It looked to the south (I think). It was a lovely self-contained cabin, with everything you could ever need. The best part was the privacy. Scott brought us a tray of breakfast in the early evening, and it was just wonderful !
It was the first time in 10 days we had had time to actually read a book or write a few postcards.
My husband (a pretty serious golfer) golfed at two courses, and especially liked Eagle Ranch.
If we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay here again.

Just returned home from 3 nights at the Windermere Creek, B & B. What a lovely place to be! Scott and Astrid have done a fantastic job in making this a warm, welcoming and relaxing place to be. They have spaced the 5 cabins perfectly and once inside you could think you were miles from anyone else.
Everything in the cabin was as it should be, big bathroom, well equiped kitchen, comfy living space and cozy bedroom.
Breakfast was good, with lots of choice and great coffee!
Hiking the trails of the property is something worth doing. Lots of benches, tables and hamocks along the way if you get tired.
We'll definately be back.

My new husband and I stayed with Scott and Astrid for the last stop on our honeymoon. We were greeted by chocolate covered strawberries and the most equisite log cabin (if that is an appropriate term for a cabin). The cabin had a wonderful bathroom with a jacuzzi whirlpool tub and an extra heater.

The property on which the inn is located is nice too because it has hiking trails on it. --Just remember the bug spray!

It felt almost like being at home.

This is a great place to find local advice too. Great place to stay when heading into the parks or golfing.
