This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway for couples. Fresh air, absolute silence. Jacquie and John are wonderful hosts and have not forgotten a single touch in making you feel at home. Small mountain just behind the house for a brisk walk, hammock near the creek in the summer, hot tub next to small waterfall. We go in the winter just for the wood fireplace in the Meadow Suite. You'll also get a very warm welcome for their beautiful cat. Breakfast served in your suite. Excellent home made bran muffins. Menu has improved a bit over the past few years. The only piece that isn't perfection is the coffee. But I'm very fussy so I've rarely given anyone a gold star for coffee.
Very calmly space, falling asleep listening to the rain. Lots of cycling on flat surrounding farmland.
I came here with also twice for a mother-daughter getaway and it was wonderful too.
Excellent value for your money. And you can do a one-nite on a weekend. So much appreciated.

We stayed for one night at the South Garden Bed and Breakfast on our way from Kelowna to Vancouver.

We were a little tired from our journey so it was very pleasing that we found the B&B to be in a tranquil location, very peaceful! The B&B is approximately half way between Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs - it is the perfect location as you can explore and dine in either Harrison Hot Springs or Agassiz.

The sunflower suite was a very nice room, very comfortable and contained everything we needed.

Everything about South Garden is memorable from it's location to cleanliness to comfort, however the breakfast was unforgetable! Breakfast was selected from a menu, served in the room and the choice, quantity and quality really was amazing!!!

We came in the winter and everything was under a blanket of snow but that didn't stop us from enjoying all that is available here. The service is amazing and Jacquie and John were wonderful. The rooms are amazing and the outdoors are incredible even under snow.

Our relatives recently moved to Agassiz and with a full house for Christmas, we needed a place to stay that was close to them. We found the B&B over the internet and with such great reviews, we decided that this had to be the place to stay. We weren't sure if we would make it out there with all the snow we're having this winter but we were thrilled when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and roomy. We have 2 small children (age 1 and 3) and they loved that the place was just like home and had no problems settling. The gourmet breakfasts were so tasty and wonderful. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hiking and hot tub, I've heard that it is quite lovely. We will definitely be back, perhaps for our anniversary without the kids!

Traveling with a 2 year old makes for a interesting stay anywhere but oh what a joy to find this place. It felt just like staying with a fave family member. The sunflower suite was beautiful and clean. The room was very big and gave plenty of room for my kid to run. The free snacks and pop in room were a great treat after our long drive and wow they even refresh them if you stay more then one night. The breakfast was amazing and to have it served at your door with a pleasent "good morning" made getting up at 9am worth it (I'm a night owl). Can't say enough positive things. The towels were excellent, the hot tub was great and the outdoor gardens were beautiful.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at the South Garden Bed and Breakfast recently. We found the atmosphere to be warm and inviting...a place where we could rest and relax in the hammock, or sit and read a book by the waterfall, surrounded by the lush gardens. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts, John and Jacquie, are more than willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and we felt the hospitality was exceptional.
One of the services offered at this facility is a mobile spa which we booked prior to our stay. I enjoyed a wonderful pedicure and my husband had a relaxing massage, all in the comforts of our room. This was a real treat. Our breakfast was also served in our room the following morning, delivered to our door in a basket. The homemade baked goods are delicious! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Our family stayed at South Garden after driving for a full day from Panorama. We were greeted with warmth and our rooms were ready and beautifully clean and comfortable. The gardens are lush and tranquil and my wife and children went on a hike up the hill behind the house. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a great restful night. Our breakfast was served outside next to the hottub. The best biscuits we had in a long time. We highly recommend a visit to this wonderfull bed and breakfast.
