We come to St. Thomas every year at this time for a week. We have previously dined at this location when it was Craig and Sally's. Craig and Sally's was quite popular in its heyday but was not good in recent years. Apparently the owners of The Twisted Cork were previous employees at C&S's and have completely redone this location from food to physical furnishings. Gone is the stale smoke smell, dark and dank feel and mediocre food. The place has been completely brightened up and has a very different feel to it which was quite an improvement!

Now to the best part....the food!!! The meal we had was truly outstanding! We will come back again and again! We shared the Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup. It was garnished with sunflower seeds and cranberries. It had a kick to it. It was exquisite! We knew with soup that delicious we were going to have a wonderful meal. We were right. We both elected to have the vegetarian lasagna. It was delightful blend of flavors and very creative weaving of vegetables, cheese, and even a hint of balsamic vinegar. We couldn't get enough of it. My husband had the blackberry streusel for dessert. I was trying to be good but really wanted the strawberry bread pudding. Since I don't care for blackberries I was able to stay away from what he had but as a blackberry lover he said it did not disappoint in the least.

We have found a new treasure to love in St. Thomas and will return any time we're here in the future. Our visit was made all the more enjoyable by our warm, friendly server, E. J. Thanks, E.J! We highly recommend this restaurant if you love really awesome food!!!

My wife and I visited The Twisted Cork and we loved it. The food was wonderful and the staff was great. The portion of veggie lasagna was almost too large to finish and the duck fat fries were perfect. We got there right before the dinner rush so we got lots of attention for the server. We liked the atmosphere so much that once we were done with dinner, we stuck around and had drinks at the bar with the owner and a few locals. It was a very relaxing evening!

We were looking forward to dining at The Twisted Cork and we weren't disappointed. We were a party of five and ordered, Spring Rolls (the sauce was a little to hot), Mac & Cheese, Calamari all were tasty and prepared well. Our Entrees were the Pork Shank, Filet Mignon and Salmon. The pork was melt in your mouth delicious, tender and with a tasty sauce. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The Salmon was moist and tasty. All of us agreed that we enjoyed our dinners . I must said, the manager did stop by our table to check to see if we were enjoying our meals and as we left, wished us a good evening. As far as the decor, we didn't think it went a long with the creative menu. I think they need to rethink a warmer and upscale atmosphere.

Stopped in to check out the new decor and have a glass of wine. We were so impressed with the clean, bright spacious new floor plan and the excellent use of corks and wine crates! Great job Eric! Our bartender EJ was so sweet we decided to stay and have apps and more wine. The food and service was great. We can't wait to go back again and try dinner!

Had a great lunch and looking forward to returning for dinner. Two members of our party had the Godfather Lamb sandwich which came with roasted potatoes. One gentleman had the pasta jambalaya which was so large he could not finish the portion. I had the Thanksgiving dinner sandwich which was delicious. It was served on a great onion roll. Creme brûlée for dessert. If you had gone to this building before you will be pleasantly surprised. The remodel turned a dark building into a hip, bright ot.
