Stayed 4 nights in mid February on a coach trip. We had a great time. The owners could not have done more for us. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room overlooking the sea was clean airy and nice with a newly refurbished en suite shower room The breakfast and evening meal was plentiful and the menu varied. On three of the four nights there was a different entertainer. All three were to a high standard and all our party said how good they were. Overall, excellent value for money and a very good place to stay in Rhyl.
The location is excellent. On the seafront and oneminute walk from the shopping mall that also accesses the main pedestrianised shopping street.

Room Tip: We had an upgrade to a seaview first floor room. The room was very large and could accommodate 4 pe...

Just came back from a budget coach trip , Despite the weather we had a very nice time ,particularly enjoyed the simple but delicious food with lots of choices and great breakfasts . The restarant staff were fun, helpful and very efficient. Well Done .OK so it's not the Ritz and it does is need a lick of paint but it was very clean and comfortable (Take your slippers)and we had a largish room, so excellent value.
It has a great situation on the sea front and I imagine lovely in the Summer. It was exceptionally windy and cold but think it was just a bad week every where weather wise. I would go again.

Room Tip: Most had sea views

For a start when you walk in it may seem a nice reception untill you get to the lift as its so tiny i could hardly fit my luggage in. when i when to my room the window was very rusty and cold. The bathroom light would not swith on. And plus my room smelt of smoke. Not very safe as when you go out you have to hand in the key Plus when i came to collect it i didnt have to say i was staying in that room and all i had to say is room 46 please and theres my key. The breakfast is terrible so i decided to eat at the pub in town. !!!! DO NOT GO !!!!

Room Tip: If you like a good view of the sea go by the front.

This was our first trip with Just Go Holidays and we were quite impressed. The Westminster Hotel was spotless and clean. we had tea making facilities in our room - television and of course our own bathroom. The staff were so friendly and accomodating whilst not being pushy at all.All the meals were served at you individual tables and all prepared and presented beautifully. There was always a good choice too. We would certainly visit again. A most enjoyable trip. The coach driver, Dave was super too.

On reading reviews before we left for this hotel - we were a bit sceptical - however the four days spent there (went on a coachtrip) were really enjoyable - the room was a good size and clean - all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful (Kerry is very bubbly and great fun) and the food very good - only downside was price of drinks at the bar which caused us to visit the very close wetherspoons and an irish bar (not everyones cup of tea quite a lot of characters) but made to feel at home on our two visits - would definately go back again probably when weather a bit warmer but we were lucky with our January stay as in North Wales there was no snow so could get about if wrapped up

Room Tip: No specific tip just ask and the staff will oblige
