Fantastic restaurant and excellent food, all fish/shellfish freshly caught. We were even given the name of the person who caught the fish. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and fantastic atmosphere. Could not fault this restaurant and would highly recommend it.

We went here just for somewhere different from our hotel and it was a superb evening! Firstly don't be put off by the outside which is just a little door with a plastic awning you can guarantee you won't be disappointed. It is a small restaurant do make sure you book, the decor is quaint and not what we are now brainwashed into thinking is what we want but when yous it there and talk to the lovely girl who serves you, you fall in love with the place. We had the most divine home made bread whilst we ordered. The food was just delicious and far beyond what we were expecting. I had monk fish to start and my other half Cajun chicken salad and they were executed with such finesse and amazing flavours, the same for the main course which was equally as wonderful, but be warned the portions are massive and it will be ha to waddle home afterwards. Everyone in the restaurant smiled and was having a lovely time. Seriously try this place you will love it!! Thank you for a wonderful time I really hope we get to come again

Sailed here in our yacht, and were accommodated at short notice.

Meal was quite stunning- highly recommend to anyone and a good price.

Do not be put off by outside appearance!

Wonderful seafood choice. Top price range but worth every penny. Great location right on front. Friendly service and great ambience. I get annoyed when people say there is n where decent to eat in Tarbert when there are seafood restaurants of first class standard.

Friendly greeting with interesting fish orientated decorations and nicely laid table. We were brought our drinks followed by lovely still hot, freshly baked bread and butter. Wow, fresh and fabulous seafood. Fish cakes with scallops and lobster sauce with side of veg, monk fish, scallops with lobster sauce and a selection of perfectly cooked vegetables and pork with haggis and bacon and veg too!! All perfect!!
We also had strawberry crunch cheesecake with strawberry coulis, summer fruits and chantilly cream and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream.
All courses were presented beautifully. Highly recommended.
