My husband struggled with the stairs, apart from that it was just what we wanted. We had a great stay thankyou
The apartment is great all you would need is there but maybe a bigger fan 6" fan did not quite cope with the temps in the high 20's Ken was great from the start of the process of booking we booked early 12 months in advance originally booking an apartment in Alverstoke to be told they no longer have that one we then booked a house in Wevil lane the owner sold the house two months out from our trip so had to decide on another one quickly not much available at short notice in peek times so booked the Waterfront Quay was told it has a few stairs and was on second floor well 36 or so steps later and traveling for a month we the 4 of us had a fair bit of luggage to take up
The flat was clean and well set out with ensuite and separate bathroom all kitchen facility's ( no dishwasher )
The location is great close to the bus terminal and ferry (every 7 mining peak times) to Portsmouth where you can get to the Isle of Wight, France or a train to London
An Air conditioner would be a great asset here so you can close the windows to shut out the noise from the seagulls and the late night revellers ......also be aware of the door knobs that are too close to the door jam knuckle crunchers overall not too bad
Waterfront Quay, Gosport. Convenient, good views, comfortable beds. Very suitable for 4 people. Well kitted out. Convenient for the Ferry, Chinese Restaurant, The Castle Public House, Shops and surprisingly quiet. Enjoyed the Historic Dockyard, Harbour Tour and Southsea. We were shown where to find free parking on arrival and didn't use the cars again till we left. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment which helped work off the lovely meals we had. Experienced an issue with the boiler however somebody from Complete came to look which was very quick and efficient. Thank you - The Wandering Masons, Oct 2017
Well appointed apartment, good location for public transport. We hired bikes to explore Gosport, visited 17th century village, Gunwhalf Quays and London.A great stay, we will hopefully return one day.
Great apartment good location shops and transport minutes away no need to use the car once there had a great time going around the naval attracation and even went to IOW for the day transport costs very good, tried lots pubs and cafe all very good and good prices would recommend this apartment.
We enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Quays, the views were excellent together with the proximity to the ferry crossing. The apartment was of a very high standard and very comfortable. We did the Historic Dockyard visit which was really interesting including the harbour tour. We found the booking process and contacts with Complete Holidays very straightforward and all staff very helpful and friendly. - Hopwood, Oct 2016
