Clean, comfortable accommodation. Dog friendly. Pub at the bottom of the lane was amazing. great garden, good food and also dog friendly. Good location for walking, Winchelsea, Cambers Sands and Rye a short drive away. Heather was lovely, gave us plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Heather - Vicki & Chris

“A marvellous stay”
Reviewed February 27, 2017 for a stay in February 2017

We booked the annexe having not been able to book the usual place we stay as they had a large wedding party staying. We visit every year for the annual scallop festival so we were fortunate to find the annexe advertised on trip advisor. What a find! A gorgeous place to stay in lovely surroundings with plenty of places to walk with our indeed without the dog. Our dog was most welcome and no additional charge which was a welcome change from other places.
The annexe is lovely, with all the anemities you need for a short stay. Heather had even popped some milk in the fridge and there was tea and coffee and condiments in the cupboard which was a lovely addition, thank you.
The bed was probably the most comfiest we have slept in and the pillows so good we nearly brought them home (just joking of course).
A delightful place to stay and I think we wil paying another visit for the boar festival later in this year.
Many thanks for a great stay.

“Lovely, comfortable and quiet with amazing views”
Reviewed October 12, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Just had a long weekend staying at this surprisingly spacious annexe. Heather was lovely and kept on contact before we arrived, kindly provided tea, coffee, milk and a bunch of flowers. Also told us where we can eat and even found out where the nearest bootsale was for us!! We travelled around the area, beautiful Rye, busy Hastings, historic Battle, the windswept Dungeness. For us the highlights were Rye and the amazing beach at Petts Level, best seen at low tide. But don't tell everybody!!!

“Great place for a long weekend.”
Reviewed October 6, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Heather very friendly on our arrival - left milk in fridge for us. Accommodation good - had everything we needed. Lovely, quiet situation, with great views and only a few minutes' walk to the 'Queen's Head' pub which had good atmosphere and nice food. Good base to explore East Sussex and Kent. We were near Rye and visited several gardens such as Great Dixter and Sissinghurst. Heather and Alan were there, but not intrusive. Would definitely go back there.
