Just back from a week at the Jardi d'Arta hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and discover Mallorca . Gorgeus gardens ,perfect place to hangout in the afternoon after the beach. The room was spacious and well decorated . Service is very friendly and helpful . You must try the restaurant, quality is top, very good chef . We will be back

I don't even know where to start my praises. When booking our Mallorca trip, I was hoping for a place comfortable and nice to shut off the outside world and relax. What I found was an OASIS that frankly I never wanted to leave. The location is gorgeous. With only 12 rooms this place is never crowded and allows each guest to find a cozy nook in the shade to read books, enjoy some snacks, and dip into the gorgeous tiled pool to cool off. Of course one could venture out to one of the beaches nearby, but why really if you have found heaven already...? If you are as lazy as we were, you are well advised to also stay for dinner. Mika the chef has corrupted our taste buds forever with delicious sashimi and wasabi from fresh wasabi root. I want to go back. Right now :)

If you are looking for a perfect little retreat in a nice little town out of the beaten path in Mallorca, but not too far from the beaches, this is just the place to stay.
We stayed at the hotel under the previous owners some years ago, and I have to admit that the present owners just did what was necessary to make it perfect :-) The hotel has a quite unique atmosphere, the rooms are spotless and air-conditioned, the bedlinen crisp, the little swimming-pool just big enough to relax (though I have to admit that I do not know what it will be if more guests would like to enjoy it, as we were almost always on our own there). You have many possibilities to enjoy the garden, which is on different levels and there is a perfect little gym with very expensive equipment. Breakfast was great (served at the table, which is the best way to start a day as I hate having to bustle around any breakfast buffet and I hope that they are going to maintain this). The restaurant is also a very enjoyable dining experience, though you might not wish to do it every night, as it is a largely Asian influenced. But as there are many other good possibilities in Artà that can be reached by foot, this is not really of any concern. I also hope that they will continue to accept small children, as their gallery rooms are just about perfect for a family of 4 (with small children, bigger children will not be able or wanting to share the bed up in the gallery). We were apparently among the first guests after the renovation, so there are still some minor little details that have to be worked out, but I feel very confident that Georges is going to do everything in order to make things run smoothly. We loved it, and I hope to be able to be back next year :-)

Room Tip: The gallery room is perfect for a family with 1 child, or else two small children.
