Stopped here when returning from Cala Torta beach to have a cappuccino. The view is absolutely lovely and the outdoor terrace is nice. The service was literally the slowest I have ever had as they were terribly understaffed. The waiters were very friendly, though, so I can't fault them for that. The cappuccinos were nice and none too pricey, either.

On the one hand thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us in Sa Duaia.
And on the other hand we will consider how to avoid this situations, all these, knowing the magnitude of the terraces. Thank you

No good things to say at all.The location looks amazing just outside: our room was small, quite dirty and poor. Everthing (from the cheap fornitures to the lamps through the bathroom things) was broken or malfuctional. No housekeeping at all (you have to make the bed by yourself every morning!). The breakfast consisted in the cheapest-plastic chease, ham and croissants you will find in a supermarket (wich is not a good thing if the place is supposed to be a agrotourism...).
The inviting room price, at the end of the day, is far too much for the room we stayed 2 nights (75.- euro/night).
Sa Duaia is the worst hotel/agrotourism i've ever been and, of course, i'll never coming back.

We put highest priority to ensure that all the areas are kept spotlessly clean. I have discussed your case with our service team and they had no knowledge about it.
In the Xv. Century house, were you were allocated, the beds are made every day. As I just said it is a Xv. century house, the room sizes are originally from the 1500 and in Agroturism this aspects can not be changed. Thats the enchantment of an Agroturism.
We can not reconstruct this incident and it certainly does not describe how we treat our guests.
Our whole team is extremely committed to deliver the perfect vacation experience for each guest. We are very sorry, that we didn't accomplish this for you. It would have been great if you had informed reception about it during your stay.

Built on a hilltop on east coast in the middle of nowhere it's a welcome stopping place when you have got tired of the Cala Torta crowds and sand. Just 1km up from the beach is a left turn to this bar and restaurant. We came here for a proper meal and were surprised to find this small hotel complete with pool and terrace overlooking the hills and towards Menorca. Great views and a large dining terrace, complete with friendly staff make this a real find in the middle of nowhere.
We had lunch then lazed around the pool before getting changed to drive to the airport for our flight back. What a result.
Hopefully they will change out the plastic furniture and get rid of the fake sculptures and it could be a gem.

We were staying in S'illot at the Playa Moreia (see my review) and decided to take a day at Sa Duaia. What a wonderful day we had. This is very secluded with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We had a fantastic lunch on the Terrace ( a selection of Tapas and wine - delicious! We then relaxed by the lovely pool area with drinks. If you can please visit - it really is worthwhile, we came away totally relaxed and can't wait for our next visit.

Fantastic and remote location. Really a place to relax and read a good book. Stayed in Sa Barraca which was fine and very rustic although it opens up straight into the main bar / restaurant area so no privacy. There is no A/C so can not be recommended at hottest time of year with small children.

Tried the restaurant twice with equally abysmal result. Food is poorly executed and the majority comes from the microwave.

Staff were friendly but be warned most only speak spanish. Gencho was especially friendly and service minded, thanks for the beer mate.

Stayed for two nights in Sa Duaia. It is situated very secluded in the countryside which meens that you need a car to get there. In fact it is a lovely place with a nice poolarea and a lovely terrace and lots of little places to sit. We had a very small room (no. 4) with one bed sized 120 cm x 180 cm, which is very small for two grown people. We could just move around the bed and the bathroom was very small too. Good breakfast and a beautiful restaurant with antique things and a nice atmosphere. Food is generally very good but not cheap and some things like vegetables in the salad are tinned and not freshly made. This was disappointing for a place like this. Helpful staff and a nice place to stay for relaxing. Difficult to find as the name of the address is actually not a road but a beach, but from Artá towards Cala Ratjada the road to Cala Torta is about 800 meters after the town at a gasstation. Drive on for about 8 km.
