first of all we thank you for the time you dedicated to write a comment on your holiday.
We appreciate the positive remarks and regret that you encountered some noise during your stay at us. The rumors refer probably to a dog and a couple of cockerels belonging to a property close to ours, as we don't admit animals in our property. In the past we had these occurrences from other neighbours, but we have resolved most of them in the meantime. So we are now in a better situation, where such noises happen quite rarely. For sure we will ask our neighbor to take actions to further reduce these rumors, but on the other hand we invite you to consider that:
1)We are in an uncontaminated oasis in the countryside in Tuscany, where tranquility, relax and contact with nature are our strong points. The high quality of the natural environment brings also several varieties of animals with it, most in a wild status and some bred by locals, anyway far from us. So the campsite is in general very quiet, but rumors like birdcalls (as an example) or from cockerels, are part of nature.
2)Being located in the town of Sarteano is for most a big advantage. But at the same time we are close to a few neighbours, so we are not completely isolated and some "rare" noises arrive at us.
3)As soon as you encounter any issue, we invite you to go immediately to the director's office, where you will find an immediate assistance for a solution (for instance move to another pitch, or calling the neighbour, etc.).
