Stayed at this site for a base for Tuscany holiday. Good bar, very lean and safe pools with spring water, no hideous chlorine taste. Restaurant splendid with Wood fired pizzas that were extremely tasty.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Jun-14. Whilst the park is well equipped (pool and park are nice/toilet and shower facilities good) we found our overall experience was tainted by the noise, especially overnight, from dogs barking (think they were outside the park perimeter) and cockerels first thing. We were staying in a tent, so perhaps the sound proofing would have been better in one of the mobile homes.

Dear guest,
first of all we thank you for the time you dedicated to write a comment on your holiday.
We appreciate the positive remarks and regret that you encountered some noise during your stay at us. The rumors refer probably to a dog and a couple of cockerels belonging to a property close to ours, as we don't admit animals in our property. In the past we had these occurrences from other neighbours, but we have resolved most of them in the meantime. So we are now in a better situation, where such noises happen quite rarely. For sure we will ask our neighbor to take actions to further reduce these rumors, but on the other hand we invite you to consider that:
1)We are in an uncontaminated oasis in the countryside in Tuscany, where tranquility, relax and contact with nature are our strong points. The high quality of the natural environment brings also several varieties of animals with it, most in a wild status and some bred by locals, anyway far from us. So the campsite is in general very quiet, but rumors like birdcalls (as an example) or from cockerels, are part of nature.
2)Being located in the town of Sarteano is for most a big advantage. But at the same time we are close to a few neighbours, so we are not completely isolated and some "rare" noises arrive at us.
3)As soon as you encounter any issue, we invite you to go immediately to the director's office, where you will find an immediate assistance for a solution (for instance move to another pitch, or calling the neighbour, etc.).

Wishing to host you again in the future,
I wish you my
Best Regards
Andrea Guerrini

Great place for a restful holiday. Friendly staff, nice town on the doorstep. Everything you need nearby. The swimming pools were nice if a little busy. Great cookery class and town tour by site staff. Teens appreciated the free wifi. Weather fantastic.

We rented a mobile home for about 10 days in July 2013. It was the 2nd week ofJuly, so not peak season in Italy yet.
Mobile home was a bit outdated, but well equiped (no airco, but cool enough at night) and clean. The layout of the parco was a bit too straight so it lacked atmosphere. However, the location (not far from beautiful villages like Chiusi, Pienza and especially Montepulciano and right on the outskirt of Sarteano itself (500m to centre)), the cleanliness (toilet buildings / showers were very very clean) and the satisfying number of deckchairs with shadow at the pools (3) made up for that.

Had great fun.

Room Tip: We were in 409, which was okay. The spaces across the bridge to the left looked nice as well (only via EuroCamp I guess). Probably better not to be next to the trash collection -> bit noisy.

This is a large well-organised site. We were there late-June and it was probably 25% full. It looks like it has the facilities to stay well-organised when full.

We found it a bit lacking in character and *very* expensive. €150+ for a 3 night stay (2 people, 1 car, 1 tent + electricity)

And the booking policy is from the 19th century; I walked up to the office, made the booking, handed over the passports, provided all the information. "And now your husband must sign for you both..."

The best bit of our stay was its location; Sarteano is a lovely little old town and Multepulciano was not far away, which was wonderful.

We had a nice stay. But wouldn't go back.

Probably a great place for a family with kids.
