“An Amazing Place ”

Truly an amazing place with hosts so welcoming and full of life you can't help but feel absolutely relaxed.

Decided to take a cooking course with Patrizia and Massimo after hearing about them from the vineyard's web page and I must say we felt like old friends by the time I left four hours later.

The cooking course starts with a very interesting conversation with Pat where she explains their believes about food and those critical ingredients that can't be found in any market or store (love & happiness). We then moved to the massive restaurant sized kitchen where the three of us spent the next three hours cooking, drinking, sharing stories, recipes and tips. Finishing the session by eating the food we had cooked with wine from the vineyard, would say I definitely left the place very happy.

Would definitely recommend with a wine tasting tour of the vineyard as a day activity in Tuscany!

A magnificant property, a wonderful tour host and a multi-course wine luncheon that was unforgetable. The food was spectacular and when paired with this wineries wines, it was one of the top meals we enjoyed in a three week visit to Italy. Highly recommend.

Can we only give 5 stars? - TripAdvisor needs a new EXCEPTIONAL CATEGORY..!!

We were NOT looking for the concierge, swimming pool and big screen TV for our recent   Tuscany vacation but wanted the true Agriturismo Experience and Agriturismo Castello Della Paneretta with Patrizia and Massimo was the REAL DEAL..!!!

We had a beautiful, modern 1 bedroom apartment that looked down into valleys of olive groves and vineyards on all sides (see the picture attached out our bathroom window).

And the food, OH the food, amazing freshly prepared and shared with great love and attention (even accommodating personal dietary needs). Every dinner was a great adventure and breakfasts were plentiful with fresh preserves, breads, cereals etc.

We can't say enough about taking their Tuscan cooking class as well. Making your own homemade ravioli with fresh spinach and ricotta with a walnut cream sauce ( the eggs came in fresh from the back door) as well as our own almond biscotti... Together with a little wine and lots of laughter.!!  Actually to call it a cooking class doesn't explain it fully, it was also as much about ltalian family, culture and lifestyle as well..!!

After our 8 days, we hated to say goodbye, even to carry on to the amazing Amalfi Coast. We knew that we would have trouble finding meals to rival Patrizia and Massimo's...!!!

Patrizia and Massimo do not rent rooms, you become their family, share stories over wine and some of the most extraordinary meals you will ever have, and you try to take away a little bit of that home to share with others in your own home.

The chief instructor is Patrizia, whose husband, Massimo, acts as the sous-chef. We made spinach and ricotta ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, and tiramisu. All were better than any we've ever tasted. Patrizia is serious about ingredients, and taught us cooking techniques that will change the way we prepare dishes in the future. I very strongly recommend this cooking class.
