A wonderful shop slightly hidden off Corso Umberto. The assistant was very helpful explaining the process for making the chocolate, and she was very generous in giving us tastings. You can see people making chocolate and nougat in a room behind the shop. Another great advantage is that as the chocolate contains no milk it does not melt and does therefore travels well, although the nougat did get a bit soft by the time we got back to England.
