Cinzia & Lorenzo go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your experience. They really built a high quality and well thought out B&B. And what a yard and pool. very good for afternoon relaxation. Cinzia's breakfasts, all made by her and more than you can hope to eat are very good although not sweet. She is a nutritionist and makes sure that you get food that is healthy. We had one of the two suites that are in a separate building so I cannot speak for the rooms in the house other than that I am sure that they exude the same high quality attention to every detail. Highly recommended if you want a nice base for the Selinunte area. Make sure to get to Sciacca & Caltabellotta while in this area if you have time.

This was our third visit to Villa Sogno and it just keeps getting better. We needed a few days of rest and recuperation and this was the perfect spot.

Lorenzo and Cinzia have created a incredible oasis of peace, calm and beauty here. One always marvels at the effort it must have taken to make Villa Sogno what it is. I'd love to be able to do this myself, if I only knew how!

Each room is beautifully decorated with great care and attention. The inside of the property is superby crafted. As many reviewers have mentioned, Cinzia's breakfasts are delicious.

For us, the most beautiful part is the garden Lorenzo and Cinzia created here. We were irressistibly attracted to its many different bits. There are hidden alcoves and a suprising number of fruit and olive trees. I can't think of anything better than to spend the whole day sitting in the hammock under the shade of the olive and palm trees!

Nothing is too much effort for the owners. We really recommend a stay here.

very friendly and cordial reception, exceptional hospitality, rich breakfast, with fresh cakes every morning, very nice place, super swimming pool, nice garden, room decorated with antique furniture. Not far from the historical Selinunte and Segesta.

Room Tip: double room

We are just back from an amazing 10 days at Villa Sogno and felt compelled to write a review straight away. We were looking for a relaxing stay peppered with interesting days out and we weren't disappointed.

Cinzia and Lorezo were simply fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. They knew the area well and wanted to ensure we weren't disappointed with poor restaurant choices and so offered tips about where to eat, weather an inexpensive local pizza place or a more up market dinner. We were never disappointed with their recommendations.

This was true too for our days out, whether in the guidebooks or not we had lovely days out at the recommendation of the hosts.

The rooms were well tended, each with its own decor / theme which we found to be very tasteful. The beds were firm, which we liked, and the air-con essential. Ensuite bathrooms were functional. A nice touch was that our rooms were quickly tided with the bed made whilst we were at breakfast and then given a more thorough cleaning once we left the room for the day.

The pool and gardens are really well tended and a day by the pool was like relaxing in a private oasis. We even used the gym which for the casual user had everything we would have wanted to use.

You'll need a car to get around but my advice would be don't struggle to find the best local restaurants on tripadvisor...just ask Cinzia and she will point you in the right direction.

We'd echo other comments about the breakfast, which was lovely - especially the cakes which we enjoyed later in the day after being wrapped to take away. We don't think we had the same cakes twice in the 10 days we were there and Cinzia takes her organic baking seriously.

We'd highly recommend a visit, in all the places we've stayed in the world I don't believe we've ever experienced such a personal, professional and caring approach as Cinzia and Lorenzo gave us and I'm sure every guest.

We had an early departure on our last day but Cinzia would not allow us to leave without breakfast, instead she prepared our breakfast well before the scheduled time. What a lovely thing to have done...it speaks volumes for their approach.

Thank you for a wonderful time, we felt like special guests.

We visited Villa Sogno in Sept. 2013. What a magnificent place and experience! The Villa is beautiful and so well furnished and maintained; the rooms were comfortable; and the grounds were spectacular. The owners/hosts were elegant, beautiful people- doing everything to make your stay special-e.g., recommending restaurants and making reservations, suggestions on things to do with directions; fresh juices and olives from their garden on arrival;freshening the room during the course of the day. The breakfast was amazing- she provided a feast personally prepared each morning- freshly baked goods, homemade yogurt, fruit, cheese, meat, etc. And then wrapped her baked items for takeaway for later in the day. And the price was so reasonable. We have stayed at many place throughout italy but my wife and I agree that this was the best of all. Grazie Villa Sogno.

A must go if you are in the area of Selinunte. Charming couple, very helpful, they give a lot of attention to their guests and make you feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast, best we ever had: homemade cakes, jam and juice. We stayed at the suite, lovely room. Room, breakfast, swimming pool and surrounding garden are all very well maintaned and cared for. Located close to the beach, good point for visits to Selinunte and many other places of interest.

Room Tip: Our suite was lovely!

Just had one night at this lovely place. Hosts so welcoming and give great advice on restaurants, directions to places. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated and furnished. Some wonderful antique pieces. Breakfast exceptional. Ditto swimming pool, gardens and various outdoor sitting areas. Lorenzo and Cynthia make every effort to make you feel at home in their lovely home.
