We celebrated my dad's birthday in this restaurant just last week and we liked it very much.
We booked a few days in advance as we wanted them to arrange a birthday cake. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our request.
Once at the restaurant, we ordered à la carte and I particularly liked the starter called "Vecchio Piemonte" which is composed by 3 samples of typical Piedmontese appetizers. My dad ordered a steak tartare which was apparently delicious too.
The main course selection is fairly split between fish and meat dishes, and I got a "Tagliata di manzo" (a tender piece of beef cut into slices and grilled) which was awesome and came with roasted potatoes.
As we had a birthday cake (also delish), I can't say anything for the desserts but I heard that their "bônet" is excellent and I am looking forward to trying it next time.
Overall, the strongest feature of this place is the freshness of their produce and the friendliness of the owners who really made us feel at home.
Compared to other restaurants, the menu selection may seem a bit limited but it is largely compensated by the quality of the food which is mostly typical Piedmontese (which means local cuisine).
Prices are very adequate too.
I would definitely recommend Perbacco, thank you for a nice evening :)
