We stayed for a week with the Persico family and enjoyed the fine accommodations - rural setting of vineyard, olive trees, and gardens in the foreground, and spacious sky and sea views out our window - and the gracious hospitality of the family. We arrived in the middle of the olive harvest, so lots of activity around the place. Our rooms were simple and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts featured home made breads and marmalades. We enjoyed chatting with the family - their English and our Italian made it easy to converse about more than tourist sites, though they had good suggestions in that area. Hardworking family, generous spirit. WiFi and heated towel rack were nice! We were in the area for business and pleasure and found the location easy to strike out from - to Sorrento, the ferry, Amalfi, Vesuvius, Naples.

my partner and i stayed here for 5 nights as part of a 2 week tour of southern italy. The Family that run the agriturismo are lovely and very, very welcoming and helpful, we paid 80 euros per night B&B which is really reasonable. You have the option to have dinner here which is an extra 20euros per person which includes wine (which they make themselves!). Angelo, one of the sons made the food when we were there and he is a great cook! one night he made fantastic fresh Gniocci! They also make their own olive oil and delicious marmalades made from their oranges, manderines and lemons. The house and rooms are very clean and comfortable and the view over the bay of naples is just wonderful! the location is perfect, 15 minuted to sorrento (where you can get the boat to capri), 20 minutes to positano and a little further there is Amalfi, Ravello and other amazing places such as Pompei, Naples, Salerno. the location couldnt be any better. I would highly recommend to anyone! we had a wonderful stay here.

I stayed in a 2-room suite at this agriturismo in October and would recommend it to most people. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the balcony had a lovely view overlooking the coast and Capri. Breakfast was nice...fresh-squeezed blood orange juice, just-baked bread (of the best I have had in Italy) and a variety of croissants and sweet breads. The home-made marmelades were very good. The agristurismo offers an evening meal for 20 euros but I would just rate that as "okay" and would recommend going out instead. They make their own wine...a recipe passed down several generations but we did not care for it. The white wine is more palatable then the red. Both wines are very young and I left thinking they really need to improve on the recipe. Putting the wine aside, ask for a sample of their limoncello which is very tasty. I highly recommend the Antico Casale and think most people will be quite happy staying there.

We stayed here on the first week of our honeymoon. When we arrived, the host Salvatore was very pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony. The view from the room was fantastic and looked over the Gulf of Naples. The room itself was well presented and you could see the sea from the bed.
We had food in the restaurant on 5 nights and found it to be of very good quality and value (20 Euros per person including wine). It was all prepared by the family using ingredients from their own land. For example, we had dishes using their own lemons and courgette flowers and we drank their homemade wine and limoncello. The breakfast was very nice consisting of fresh cakes and bread but the best bit was the freshly squeezed orange juice made from their own oranges. The family were all very friendly, even though we spoke very little Italian.
The location was very handy, situated between Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, Positano was only a short car journey. The only drawback was that there were limited local bars and restaurants, but the food in the house makes up for this. We used the bus on a couple of occasions and there are direct links to Sorrento and Amalfi. The website indicates a swimming pool which is just across the road which can be used for a reduced rate for guest house residents. It was worth the charge and has great views over Sorrento. Another thing to do in the local area is to climb to the top of the hill behind the castle where you will have stunning views over both the Amalfi coast and the Gulf of Naples

This is a fantastic place to stay! The family are very helpful and the evening meal was superb and very good value, excellent wine from the farm. The 2 rooms linked by a bathroom and entrance lobby were really comfortable and had a fantastic view of Sorrento bay from the balcony. We spent a week here and were able to easily get to all the attractions or just walk locally. The pool close by was very nice and worth a day visit. There are other restaurants locally and Salvatori was always on hand to recommend places to eat, beaches, walks etc. This is a truly fabulous place to stay.
