This restaurant, one of the few open in Diamante in November, was a wonderful discovery. The menu varies every night depending on what fresh seafood is available. The wife in this family-owned restaurant is a chef of remarkable creativity. For our first dinner, we had the tourist meal -- a tremendous value. It included a sampling of antipasti, including mussels in fagioli, octopus (if memory serves me right) with a rice pasta, and several other interesting and delicious combinations, followed by pasta con alici, and then mussels. We returned another night and ordered from the menu. More wonderfully fresh seafood remarkably prepared -- the best of Calabrian seafood taken to a higher level. The service was attentive but not overly so, provided by the husband and daughter, who speaks some English and was very helpful as we made our selections. Lovely people.
