This was hands down the best place in town. Great authentic food and friendly service. The lamb shank is so good I had it twice!

This was the poshest restaurant in Malia that we found. (The only one that had lobster on the menu)
Nice setting and thus more expensive than elsewhere around. The food was quite pretentious (good quality but pretentious), menu more limited than elsewhere and the service was noticeably colder than everywhere else.
I had a chicken with some ouzo in the sauce. Quality wise it was definitely very good but I still can't decide whether I liked it or not.
Oh, and this was the only place where the flies kept bothering us a lot.
It was good for one dinner but given the choice I would much more prefer the traditional taverns.

Thank Lina B

Upon looking the the menu we were asked by a staff member what we wanted. Greek food all the way we were promptly sat down at a beautiful table in a pretty courtyard and ordered alot of wine only to then be told as we were drinking said wine that they had no greek food left ! Well why didn't they say before we ordered our drinks ! We would have found a different restaurant if I wanted Italian I'd go to Italy !

We were not apologised to and had several staff then telling us different stories of what they could do Greek wise !

They had no starters that any of us ordered so passed on those no mains either although they did offer to make us stifado but that takes hours of marinating and cooking. Plumped for a knocked up gyros which was dry and tasteless as again I suspect this was not prepared earlier

All in all expensive for so so food and service there are much better restaurants try stablos and elizabeth and Eva further along the road the walk is well worth it
