With one days notice I booked into this once respected establishment. In the 'Logis' guide it claims three pots, marking it out as 'an elegant restaurant and gastronomic fare enhancing the culinary arts and highly meticulous service'.
I pointed out that I would require Vegan food whilst my four friends would eat from the regular menu. The food they gave me showed little culinary skill as did that of my companions, Grease and salt were strong indicators of the lack of care or professionalism.
Service wise there was a stark contrast between the smart, skilled waitress and a waiter who could have been mistaken for the 'pot man', considering his ineptitude and appearance.
I presume that the 'Logis' awards were simply paid for!
