I wanted peace and quiet, R&R, but a space that was gay. And it needed to be social when I wanted it to be. And I got exactly what I wanted.

I also wanted comfort and quality. Tick!

As well as the above, the hosts, Alex, Greg and Sam make Cinq et Sept such a warm and welcoming place to stay which really does put you at ease from the moment you arrive. They arranged all sorts of social events over the 8 days that I stayed, ranging from drinks by the pool and BBQs, to kayaking and go-karting!

There's also everything the Languedoc region has to offer: the beaches and vineyards, Montpellier, etc.

I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. I'll be visiting again this year for sure.

Really good value and a lovely location. The hosts were helpful without being overbearing, and the Monday evening dinner was a great way to socialise. Rooms are beautifully designed and ours (we stayed in both Neffies and Pezenas) were very large.

We had already decided to spend our vacation in the Sough of France. And I found Cinq et Sept simply by google-ing. I told Alex and Greg that their web site made the place look amazing. But sometimes a place doesn't live up to the expectations set by a web site. Not so with Cinq et Sept. If anything, our expectations were exceeded! The property is gorgeous, and is located in a charming little village. It's close to many interesting sites. And even though the weather was too cool to enjoy the pool or the beach, there was plenty to explore and do. I hope to make it back sometime soon!

Greg and Alex were great hosts, and gave us a warm welcome, room had all the comforts required for a wonderful stay including tea and coffee and free wifi. Wonderful shower room with two shower heads and luxury towels. Communal outside kitchen and pool (beach towels in room) for relaxing in the sun. Village in a central location for access to region and easy to find from Montpellier airport. Local restaurants, baker, tobacconist, supermarket and petrol station (cheapest petrol in area) all within walking distance. Plenty of places of interest to visit in region and Alex and Greg had a full information pack in the room to advise of best places to visit which was a great help to us as first time visitors to the region.
Would definitely stay again.

Cinq & Sept is one of those places you shouldn't tell anyone about for fear of never being able to find availability for yourself! Yes, it's that good.

The team have created a friendly atmosphere in a house full of character, it's furnished well, perfectly located in a village with plenty of facilities including restaurants and the all important boulangerie, there are two.

I've just visited in the dead off winter but even then the house shows it's potential with ample sun lounging terraces and a fantastic pool. The surrounding area is one of endless vineyards, small interesting villages and rolling hills.

The charming hosts who will help you with recommendations on dining or visiting the surrounding area, but I have to say that the information pack in each room was the best one I have
ever seen! Well done guys!

All in all a delightful 4 days in a lovely lovely small hotel packed with 5 star hotel facilities like nespresso machines, rain showers and incredibly comfortable beds.

I had the room was called Caux, this is situated at the back of the house overlooking the pool and gardens, it also has the most wonderful far reaching views across the village towards the hills. It faces east, I was woken up to the most glorious sunrises which were a welcome change from the grey skies if the UK.

Well done guys, you've clearly worked incredibly hard at your 'product', I think it's been a success.

I plan to return and enjoy some more Cinq & Sept hospitality.

Mark

Room Tip: I stayed at the back of the property in Caux, this was quiet and full of light - I suspect the rooms...

Stayed for a long weekend. Great place; everything finished to a very high quality. Really helpful hosts who get the right balance between information and intrusion. Not much in the actual village itself but we found a range of restaurants quite nearby, from high end cuisine to some lovely rural bars that served great food with terrific views. Highly recommended.

This was our 5th stay at Cinq et Sept (3rd time in the Pezenas Suite) and everthing was as expected - Excellent!!
The hosts, Alex and Greg, are both welcoming and charming. Dependning on how familiar you are with the area, they offer the right amount of guidance and advice and are always very approachable.
Cinq et Sept is a stunning property; it is so easy to unwind and relax as well as having the convenience of todays mod cons i.e. wi-fi, well equipt kitchen, tv/dvd. In addition to convenience, the rooms are also tastefully furnished and more importantly - comfortable.
The gardens and outside areas are the jewel in the crown. An amazing pool, sun-bathing terrace and summer kitchen all add to making your stay worthwhile and provides confirmation that you have made the right choice of where to stay.
This review might seem OTT or 'gushinig' - all I can say that this is the very first review I have written on Trip Advisor and after 5 amazing visits to this establishment (I should have written a review sooner) it is an honest appraisal and totally deserved.
